When we enter into the state of Nidra our subconscious is more receptive. We can change unhealthy habits, create new thought patterns and enhance our ability to enter into deep meditation.

Experience deep relaxation from your home with this yin based class. We will work into the fascia through long hold poses, as well as including some yang Hatha postures.
According to Chinese Medicine, our fascia contains the 12 meridian or energy pathways for the chi/prana to move through in a continuous cycle. When we stretch and put stress on the fascia, these energy pathways become cleared, energizing the body and organs.
Ayurveda and the Yogic systems describe 72,000 nadis (energy channels) in the body, each one having a purpose and role to play in the health of every system of the body.
